Saw this in a comic strip “Dennis the Menace”.
He’s a very active boy around 7-9 years old.
He’s about to leave for school.
His mother says, “I don’t want to receive any more notes from your teacher.
Do you understand?”
Dennis replies, “Yes.”
After a pause, when he’s just outside the front door, he adds,
